Meet Jillian Theriot

Jillian Theriot is a Licensed MA and FL REALTOR with over 7 years of experience and millions of dollars in transactions. She focuses on residential home sales through creating a frictionless experience.

Jillian grew up in the Northeast and attended the University of New England, where she maintained excellent grades while playing soccer at the university level. She is happily married with two beautiful children, Benjamin and Anna, and their 80lb lap dog, rescued from Big Dog Ranch in Loxahatchee, FL. After being a regular visitor to South Florida for over a decade, Jillian and her husband made the move in 2020, settling in Boynton Beach in 2021.

Jillian deploys a team-first approach built on her tenured experience as an operational leader and college athlete. Her customer-centric strategy removes friction by over-communicating — well known and apparent in her five-star reviews from past clients.
